Tai Chi Workshop at The Monastery Festival


Tai Chi is a profound and deep way to connect with oneself and the universe. A wonderful vehicle towards health, inner peace and aliveness! We will start with some warming up exercises. You will get to learn the 5 principles, some postures of the short Yang Style (37 Chen Man Ching form) and several partner exercises.

I am inspired by tantra, tao and Ecstatic Dance. Come and have a taste of Chi with me!
